2.) My school doesnt have scanners and stuff, it just has its own police (the LAUSD police), and the LAPD there along with campus security, and im pretty sure more arrests are made at my school than at Pri's

5.) HIV can only be passed through sexual intercourse, and through an infected needle, blood transfusion, or having something with HIV on it coming into an open wound on your body.

If you kiss an HIV+ person, you wont get the virus, however, if you have an injury/open wound around your mouth, it is possible to get it

I think 35 years is overkill, but he should have definitely got something. Even though HIV is hard to transfer through Saliva, blood would have to be in the person's mouth do to a cut or something, the person intended on transferring it to the officer. That's like bio-terrorism. O.o;
