There is one that can hear the thoughts of anyone within half a kilometer.
Another guy can delete someone's memories, or add some new ones.
Another one can halt a person's perception of time for 5 seconds (meaning for 5 full seconds, a person won't notice anything you do), but it doesn't work with things like a bullet.
