well i personally like this, makes the game more realistic, but eventually don't you think there will be more occupied houses and there will be no room left?

during a war or special event do we take the land and add it up from another village, or do we just get more land from santa's bag? .__.

  Didn't i say burning houses But um we could just make it so like, (not sure how the new village stuff's going) you can only have one dwelling in country your from. You'd have to buy used ones in other places. Or we could just have random events inside your dwelling that give you the option to sell your dwelling for a lower price but at least you get something back. Like instead of the normal text thing you would have inside a dwelling you'd get an event. Or we could just have a demolish button instead of a sell button You know sell the wood and stuff to companies and gain more gems than you usually would selling the dwelling normally to encourage people to demolish them..... Or you could just wipe out all dwellings ( or just ones unowned) every year. Gets rid of dwellings no one buys or uses .-.

Or you could just pay a price with gold for the time being, to have the house torn down in order to even sell the building blocks of the building in the first place. You don't just snap your fingers, and look at an immense pile of wood in front of you. ;]
