I'm not sure if anybody said it yet but pein got rinnegan through being a decendent of rikuudo sennin who developed all justu's using rinnegan and he was the first ninja ever.

People have said that.
But since he takes orders from Madara, Madara must be strong.
Here is something I've been thinking of.
Why did Madara care if Itachi didn't want him to attack Konoha? Wouldn't he just be able to kill him?

Then that would make Itachi the strongest person in all of Naruto.

But sasuke killed itachi, so that would make sasuke the strongets person in all of naruto

I'll explain.
Madara can boss Pien around, so obviously Madara is stronger than Pien. Madara seems to give a damn about what Itachi thinks, so we think that Itachi is stronger than Madara.

Sasuke killed Itachi because Itachi wanted to lose the battle, besides Itachi gave Naruto some of his power in chapter 403 or so I think. So Itachi didn't fought with all of his strenght.

And I agree with you in here, I think sharingan is stronger, and I might change my mind until I see more about Rin'negan.

I think that he meant that Sasuke was about to lose against the 8 tails, not that he losed the 8 tails.
