Yeah, he would still know what he is doing, but what he sees as right and wrong are blurred. Also it is easy for people to pursuade him to do stuff.

It simply means that like millions of others, he is susceptible to the influence of others.

This one act is publicized, whereas the hundreds, no thousands, doing things that seem dumb to us because others told them to are not.

Pretty much every public toilet I've seen has a space where you can crawl under, no turning into liquid needed.

Dude, it's fun locking the doors and crawling out so people can't get in. >>

But yeah, certain toilets have little room for movement.

Also, this was in England I think. England is naturally weird.
