Kekegenkai Resets???

Why is the 8 gates a reset but not ice style, I'm confused :?: :shock: :?:

I know neji, my sister works and goes to Ohio state university at the same time but some how (and I dont know how) she's able to go do everything else she wants to do. She aslo said she never does homework which reall qeustions me but back on topic, I'll try to code an ice style kekai genkai but it may be a while before I finish
