I personally think that Sasuke was STRONGER with CS and Oro's healing factors. It was nice for Itachi to take that away to permanently remove Oro's influence but let's face the facts here. Sasuke didnt stand chance against Deidara w/o them and he barely won against Itachi. Correction, Itachi was already sick so you cant even say that Sasuke honestly beat Itachi at his best. >.>

I don't think Itachi want to beat Sasuke, he only kept going long enough to draw Oro out to get rid him.

True, I guess if Itachi really tried to win I guess we wouldnt be seeing Sasuke rite now.
But my main point is that I think Sasuke was stronger with the CS + Oro abilities than without them.

Well,i am no very sure if Itachi said it himself or if Madara told Sasuke,however i do recall the fact that Itachi wanting to loose and release Sasuke from Orochimaru being mentioned..Itachi left Sasuke something much stronger than the CS.

But Sasuke's ego made him think the same thing he thought when he spared Naruto,refusing to walk on the path Itachi prepared for him.

It's up. And what's so good about the lightning jutsu? One seems to be just a little zap while another one's a Solar Flare wanna-be that adds a bit of genjutsu into it.
