In an attempt to hep start up RPing in the game once more, I have decided to make Ninja Central into an Rping area, rather like a village. It seems I may have overstepped myself here, so, at the behest of Jestar, I would like to ask the oppinions of Neji and the moderators on this.

People who wish to roleplay are free to do so wherever they want. You can't force people to abide by it in an area, but you can still do all the RPing you want.

That wasn't exactly the point in case here. What is, is the leadership of Ninja Central as an RP village (think Sunagaure) falling to me by default. Basicaly if anyone (namely me and Itachilover) will be able to officialy declare themself leader of Ninja Central (i.e as KayentaMoenkopi was earlier) for RPing purposes. Sorry if that wasn't entirely clear.

I see no reason why you can't, it's what the Kage's did in their villages.

You can probably declare it so as long as you actually have people to back you up. But also, if you do that, keep in mind that there will be people who won't listen to your rp-ing, or will also try to usurp you.  I'm not sure though with Ninja Central only because I feel like it came out of nowhere, and then something like the dispute over who was self-proclaimed hokage might happen. 

But since nobody has done it yet, you may as well try.

That's pointless. No one attacks a marketplace that everyone stops by. Attacking Ninja Central is like attacking your own supplier, it makes no sense. >.>

Strategically, it's sound.

You take control of the center of trade, you pretty much control the entire economic flow. Everyone needs those goods, and everyone will pay for them.

How it'll translate to SL, no idea; all the hidden villages have their own supply shops, so it's a little superfluous.
