Me too, considering how epic mine is, and how it OHKO'd about 40 opponents in a row. It ran out of PP before it stopped destroying them. Of course, this was against mostly water/flying types, but they were only a few levels below me.

True, but not Tentacool. Unless you use Thunderbolt or stronger, they don't go down right away. They have that tiny bit left over when they're over lvl 20.

EDIT: Just checked and it's because Manectric has 15 more special attack base than Raichu. It also has 15 more speed. >_>
