I use the smallest sizing for the ear cushion things. I love how they block out outside noise for the most part even at low volumes. I wish mine hadn't broken, but mine were the bud kind too.

I'm prolly gonna get the actual headphones when I go off to college, because those last for a while if you don't move them around too much.
