Not like the one in the clan hall but like the game MoTD.
So every clan member can get the clan MoTD when they log in

Ok idea, but I don't think its really necessary. All the active Clan members go to Clan Hall regularely anyway. Those who don't, you won't make them to do anything in the Clan anyway.

I personally don't want to see it every time I log in ^.^

But if you want to see it, all you have to do is click on clan halls and view it there, because you're bound to go there anyway to see what's going on in the clan.

I still don't see a difference. I guarantee you'll be going to read the recent posts in your clan's hall so you can just read it there...

But that's just me.

 I stated my opinion so I wont say any more. Unless something is directed at me ^.^

To put it simply, no. I think it's a pointless idea, it would just make for clan members to visit the clan halls even less then they already do.
