I usually have to disable all my network adapters, and occasionally need to do a restart before it will connect.

Thing is, it happens to most people on the floor.

Like... I had to reset my friend's router when we were using it in her room 3 times in an hour because it lost the connection.

Yeah, but it happens because of the Ethernet.

It doesn't connect properly half the time even when using the Ethernet itself, and Wifi is 1/25 of the speed.

Yup.

But when it does connect like it did today, I get amazing speeds.

The only lag I had on anything was when I was defragging the hard drive and the back up, and running my anti-virus at the same time, with priority on the scan so it used my CPU more.
