The beast released a deafening roar as the bullets from the rifle struck it's eye, immediately following the blast in it's stomach. Causing it to topple over in agony. However, this also served as an offensive maneuver. The beast would aim to crush Athos and Deathstroke beneath it's body as it literally moved to slam itself into the ground. It wasn't the fastest creature in existence but it was far from Tortoise slow. as the beast would impact with the ground a small earthquake would be rendered, causing the ground to rumble violently as it cracked, dust flying everywhere in a huge cloud around the beast, hiding the outcome of Athos and Deathstroke for now.
Though the beasts attack could prove fatal, it also served as an opening for Ichirou and Masane, with Ichirou's clay ball prepared, he would utilize Doton to increase his flight speed, allowing him to close in on the beast as it aimed to crash into the ground.
About halfway through it's fall Ichirou would arrive in the center of the Hole on the beasts back. The inside looked similar to a volcano, though there was a large amount of solid rock mixed in with the molten liquid. Heat emerged off of the beasts back with such intensity that only after a few moments Ichirou's paper began to singe at the edges, causing him to funnel chakra through his creation to reinforce it.
Finally, Ichirou launched his attack. Utilizing a Hakke Kusho Ichirou would launch the clay ball from his hand with a chakra blast, sending it speeding toward the molten core of this monstrosity.
About halfway through it's descent, the clay began to melt. Causing Ichirou to form the seal of confrontation to activate the formula that was placed upon the ball.
The sealing formula would recede into the kanji on the ball, and a huge smoke cloud would poof as the ball grew to ten times it's normal size, allowing it to endure the heat just long enough to detonate.
The blast was catastrophic, sending up chunks of Lava and molten rock, as well as cracking much of the walls that made up the hole on the beasts back, the beast roared out in pain as it descended, and Ichirou knew that real damage had been done. Whatever Masane followed up with would definitely aid to the defeating of this beast.
At least, that's what he thought.
