Okay, so this is going off a topic of mine found here about RP on SL.

So basically what this will require is a Game Master/s, or RP Moderators to run this, but it is an idea for a Module that will help them do so. Therefore I have created this idea for a new area that comes off the villages, (or elsewhere) and what I see could be done. It will keep track of RP Kages and Jinchūriki. So here we go!
Grand Halls

The Main area. Once you enter it will be almost like a Clan halls, with one large discussion area, as well as information on the screen, and links.
The description would say it is a grand hall with many paintings and statues showcasing the Kages and other leaders in great wars against each other an Bijū and the like.
Also a note that this area is an RP area, and it's purpose to inform users of current RP conditions.

RP Rules and Guidelines

Here would be an area which just displays the current RP Rules and Guidelines as it states. These would be written, and editable by Game Masters and/or RP Moderators.
General things would be discouragement of Auto-hitting, God-Modding etc.

Kage List

Here the Game Masters and/or RP Mods could add Kage titles; ie Hokage, Mizukage, etc, and appoint players as such.
Once chosen each Kage may select one or two other players to be Advisors.
Players may see the list of current Kages, and Advisors.

Example of the Page:

Konohagakure:

Hokage: Tsunade.
Hokage's 1st Advisor: Shizune.
Hokage's 2nd Advisor: Sakura.

Sunagakure:

Kazekage: Gaara.
Kazekage's 1st Advisor: Kankurō.
Kazekage's 2nd Advisor: Temari.

And so on.

Jinchūriki List

Game Masters and/or RP Mods can appoint the 9 Jinchūriki or list the Bijū as free.
Players will be able to see the list of Jinchūriki, and issue a challenge to the current Jinchūriki.
Each Bijū would also have it's own page, which would show pending challenges, and challenge history, which I will show in a second.

So first what the main Jinchūriki page would appear as.

Jinchūriki of the Realm.

Ichibi no Shukaku Jinchūriki: Gaara.
Outstanding Challenges: 2 (Issue Challenge|View Challenges)

Nibi no Bakeneko Jinchūriki: Nii
Outstanding Challenges: 0 (Issue Challenge|View Challenges)

Sanbi no Kyodaigame Jinchūriki: Free
Outstanding Challenges: 5 (Issue Challenge|View Challenges)

etc...

Now, clicking either of the links will take you to the Bijū's page, if you click challenge, it will first take you to another screen to confirm this selection, and explain the rules of challenging etc. After agreeing it will send a System Message to both the Jinchūriki and Game Master informing them of the challenge.

Here is an Example of a Bijū's page.

Kyūbi no Yōko

Jinchūriki: Naruto.

Outstanding Challenges: 1.

(This is a comment area, like that at the Syrup Dump.)
Kyuubi was sealed in Mito.
Kyuubi was sealed in Kushina.
Madara issued a Challenge for Kyuubi.
Kushina denied Madara's Challenge.
Kyuubi was freed.
Kyuubi was sealed in Naruto.
Itachi Challenged Naruto for Kyuubi.
Naruto accepted Itachi's challenge.
Itachi lost his Challenge.

and so on.

Also on this page, the Jinchūriki may see all pending challenges, and accept or reject them. However there is a record to show if a Jinchūriki continually rejects challenges.

Kage Summit Room

This is a special discussion area, open only to Kages, their Advisors, and Game Masters/RP Moderators.
These are just some ideas I had, and would like to see some thoughts on it.

Seems like a good idea to me, however, I think the same thing can be accomplished in a thread on this forum, no?

Most people who are in one of those positions IC are also on the SL forums for development, ideas, discussions about whatever, anyway. o.o?

Well some of it could be done on a page here, but this would be an easier way in my opinion.
Instead of having to come over to the forum, look at it etc, you could just click a link ingame.
Also you can have the system to view the Jinchūriki challenges.

As to will people see it... not sure, Forum attendance fluctuates.

Yeah. I think there is a need for it as well. And it would be nice for everyone to have this feature available to them. Most people coming here is not the same thing as it being available to everyone. The convenience of having something like this on the SL site itself would be nice.

I couldn't agree more since usually there isn't a lot of people that visit the forums, but yet even some do question those who have a Jinchuriki status. I'm all in favor for this.

It's either make a module for this new area, post it on SL in some convenient place, or SL wiki.

Some ideas. Still, Neji can't do all of that in a small amount of time he normally has...

Unless he approves and someone could help with coding.

Either way, if Kages or Jinchūriki changes, we'll need an active person to update it.

And Kamui would be a good choice for someone to keep it updated, he wanted to over look RP and that.

Umm... have you checked the Module list and seen the Module I have made for SL already?

Such as the Mokuton and Hyouton KGs, and few Forest events and other things.

Daimyō

Do they have any spot in this area since they seem to play somewhat of a small role in the manga? Or, am I simply wasting a post?

I'm not sure about them. My thoughts are they aren't Ninja so not sure if anyone would want to be one, but I'm open to the idea.
I had thought of making things like instead of Kages and their Advisors, making it Kage, Daimyō and ANBU captain or something.

Yes yes, my only thought is not wanting to make thing crowded, hence I only proposed two official positions.
The Kages could still appoint all these positions RP wise.
