Selling your dwelling!

I can't sell my dwelling for a price i want to. I tried to sell my treehouse for 4 gems but when i went to the sell it option it gives me a price. I see people selling treehouses for 5 gems and cityhouses for 100..... when i see how much i can sell my cityhouse for, it's 5 gems and 2,500 gold....

Well, if you buy it for full price, I think it is only three gems is it not? So when you sell it back you wouldn't get interest of what you payed, I doubt Neji would allow it. >.>

i think it only works for tree houses though, cause i could sell my tree house for 5 gems and about 2k!!

I see it now, sorry about the confusion. You have to be at level 10+ to recieve the three gems and 2k that you paid for the treehouse...

and also i think sleeping there and how long you had it has something to do with it. cause at first i could only sell it for 3 gems as well, but the longer i sleeped there the more gems it was worth

no its cause you know how it says how much your house is worth. they always lower the price by gems and cash for the offers, and after being there for a while it goes to the value its worth!

Well, I have been sleeping in my treehouse from Genin - Hunter Nin (Don't ask) and it is still 3 gems and 2k for the sell back value, nothing above, nothing less.
