A little question

Hi to all i have a little question...
i've slained the greed dragon and i've becomed a genin lvl 1, after some time i've reached the lvl 15 and very happy i've slained the green dragon for the second time, but i'm turned to Genin Lvl 1 :(
i hope that when i slain the green dragon i've been chunin :(

How many times i have to xp to lvl 15 to slain green dragon, to be chunin?
How many Green Dragon kill's i need to be a chunin?

Sorry for my english but i'm not so good with languages ^_^

you need to slay orochimaru/dragon 4 times to be a chunnin ^^
