it can anybody? whether male or female.  :P

the person doesn't have to be strong and have many DK's or PK's  :)

Personally, I think it's Xaos and Baluski, and maybe Lebis. Actually, a lot of the mods are extremely well-known...

I would say Flaw is the best known or at least to me I think he was the first person to get 100 Dks.
And I use to think Xaos was a dude too but now I'm not very sure.

then there are the most hated... such as Rave Master whats*his*name... well, at least I hate him...

Baluski... *shudders*... everyone knows him, but I think that has to do with the whole HP thing...
