to whom it may concern. I tried creating a new character called Garrathedeserninja and it said it was created but i never recieved the email. I looked in the spam and it wasen't there either. I petitioned three times and noone answered so i came here. The email address the confirmation should've gone to was Nkadid3@aol.com

sometimes shinobilegends email go to junk section. see in the junk of your email. my shinobilegends mails all go to junk

for aol the spam folder is the junk folder. plus i looked and couldn't find it

I do not see even one petition from you concerning it (don't know the account name).

You should be able to receive it, the domain should work.
I just created an acc myself, and got the email.

i did petition. It was two days ago. I just tried creating an account with my hotmail address and it got there when i checked my spam mail but when i try with my aol address it doesn't work. My in game name is Asdfjkl. you probably remember me. i decided to take your advice instead of changing my name. POint being i did petition about this account twice (3 was exaggeration). The character i was trying to create was Garrathedesertninja with the email address nkadid3@aol.com. is there a way you can check this and send the verification email?

No character by that name was found, try making it again.

i can't because i already did but didn't get the verification email. i tried again and said the name was already taken.

use "forgotten password" to obtain a new one to that account.

It will be sent, 100% sure.

Yet, America Offline does with it, only  their secret service knows... (yes, I don't like that company very much)

there were many complaining over  the last months and most did not look into their spam folder or mistyped their address

so usually, this is the cause.
I needed to dig in deep to get this
