you can target anybody.

with 1 exception:
the target is already being targetted ;)
they don't take two contracts for 1 person (no bashing)

Ah ok, makes sense. One more question though, are you sure it resets after the person died from or beat the assasain? This would be the second time I've tried (one a day or few ago) and came up with the same thing. Now I know Kboogi's a wanted man, but he can't be on everyone's hitlist.

I'm guessing Kurenai or Mizukisan. Those are the only girls I can think of that would be expensive.

But anyways... The assassin.. is still missing something. I don't know what it is, but I know that it could be improved.

ive tried to target the same person for 3 times. in every time it says that i couldnt make a contract...i cant belive that person is that wanted
