I think that we should get an affinity for a certain jutsu, it gets choosen at random after you choose a justu you want, Giving you one extra use point, instead of getting one just for being interested in it

Incorrect. You get extra chakra, regardless of what specialty you chose.

That is one big pro: you can add points to the pool without having to give out use points that mean new jutsus... that's why I disliked the old system too: you can only give out points when you give out use points.

You gain no use points.

You gain extra chakra points... not use points, not skill points (who are use points now)
