*No one needs friends! Although they are really really good to have if you would like to ask them a question like this

Dont try to do so many things early on
armor is better than weapons.....trust me
Join a clan as soon as possible, they'll be your family
Find a strong person, and latch on(become a student)
Be nice to everyone
Dont bother people stronger than you with pointless spam(I'm stronger Blah blah)
Heal often
Use the bank as much as possible
Spam PvP as many times as you can in a day
You only have 10 turns, use them wisely
Run when told to run
USE THE BANK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
3 travels is not alot, pick a town and stay there
Save gems for a mount

I just don't get why people have to be aggressive towards newbies. I mean... I used to be, but now when I read petitions like "Where do I find Orochimaru?" and simple gem/creature questions.

I'll say something sarcastic... but they always know it's sarcasm. I used to just say something in a mean sarcastic way, and strand them there.

I was there before too. I know what it's like to be ignored when I ask questions like that.

I even use smilies when talking to the newbies anymore. :]
