that could be someone's alt who never leveled up or it could be a bug. I'd say it's a bug since i don't think it'd be exactly at 1000 hp

I think you should make him not attackable if you haven't yet >> Just to avoid the "I attacked this guy and he was an academy student and totally crushed me!"
