i see some people have their title change and coloured and their name too..

an1 can tell me how do I do that?

name changes have only occured scarcely and only due to special reasons.

Go to the Mission Headquarters.
There you will see how many points you have earned.
once you have 1000 or more points you will have the "Set Custom Title" Free Option.
Yuo get a custon title.
you can then either get your name colorized or buy other things such as avatars or mount names.
