Clans specialty should not be something that you can choose from a list simply by gaining DK.
Maybe an event of some sort which leads to the clan hall of the bug users, dog users etc. One you joined their clan, you will have the clan specialty added onto your list. It will something like the basic ninjutsu which you cannot switch away from (seperated from your usual ninjutsu, genjutsu & taijutsu) unless you quit the clan.
I agree with Gyuru, in that clan specialities shouldn't be simply added to our current list of choices. I believe that it should be earned by a combination of both Dk's and a special event. The puppet ninjutsu that people have asked about, as well Kiba's beast techniques and Shikamaru's shadow techniques should also fall into this category. As Gyuru was saying once you reach the special event, you will be given an option to join the Aburame Clan. However, if you decide to join that clan you will not be able to learn any of the other clan specialities like the Nara Clan's specialities. If you decide that you don't want to join the Aburame Clan, continue playing until you are asked to join the clan you truly wish to learn from and join.
To make people understand that jumping from clan to clan is not a part of the naruto world, certain precautions should be put in order. Let us say you join the Inuzuka clan and learn their techniques and decide to leave the clan so you can learn another clan's jutsu. Then you are considered a missing-nin from the clan you left and the likelihood of you running into a member of your former clan in the forest is increased. Therefore, you are not only looking out for the ANBU, but now you must also be aware of members of the clan you left that could be in the woods.
By the way, if you leave two clans, the first one is still after you also
