I was watching some Ghost in the shell episodes and thought to make this topic. By 2030 what important events do you think will happen.

I think one important event will be cyber brains (you can tell what I've been watching without the above statement )

With the technology we have now, I think that might be in the future, but not that soon. I mean, even brain surgery is a very fragile and precise procedure, so adding a computer into it would kill a man.

That or either a galactic alignment that causes the Earth's magnetics poles to shift very rapidly causing planetary disaster.
Otherwise scientists say, in the middle of our galaxy their is a black hole but it will take millions of years before it swallows us up.
My first observation is that a galactic alignment will be very possible.
We are due to one by 2012 by the latest or more.
Not sure, at this time.

I heard that too in a documentary. But I also heard that they are trying to come up with ways to stop it.

Prepare your family Neji, but I think that it does damage to the whole world right? If you look at it economy wise then yes the world would be extremely damaged, but I mean Because I live in KY, USA would I be obliterated?

Well I think of it this way...  If we die...  We die.  I'll just live my life the way I planned to before there was or wasn't an Asteroid.

Let's see...  If it hits in 2019...  I'll be 31 or so.  That's enough time to at least accomplish one of my goals.

To be honest, if I were to die, I'd rather die from a Zombie attack.  At least then I could be of some use

Basically if it hits any part of the world then most of the world would be in turmoil. Not only from the debris and stuff in the air, but from the fact that all of it would block out the sunlight. Remember the dinosaurs?
