Ok, i know that it's supposed to be hard to find out where people are sleeping and that neji doens't want to make it easy for us, but what if he did it for a price? What i mean by this is that we can pay 10-20 gems in the gypsy tent to find out where someone is sleeping but only hokage and above are allowed to use this option since it's harder for them to find someone to kill while for people under hokage have a variety of people to choose from. I guess thats the main idea and outline Thats all
Edit: Oh yeah, and this idea won't really ruin the game because i know most poeple might use this thing once or twice to find someone they really want to kill but they won't use it like three or four times, thats why the gem minumum for finding out where a certain person is sleeping should be 10 gems.

So I say yes to this idea.

Although it must be an extremely high price as it would take the joy out of the whole Cat n' Mouse way the PVP system works if it were cheap.

how about you can only do this once every 10-15 game days and it costs 20 gems so it won't be abused?  But you could raise the price of gems and people wouldn't mind because when you want to kill someone theres no price you can put on the satisfaction that you'll get once they are dead 
edit: but theres a twist, you can only find out where this person is sleeping once every real month  So lets say i look up shukaku, i attack him and i lose, i can not search for him for one month. This is so people won't be targeted. And you can say that people will use thier alts, but how many alts can one have thats over a hokage since only hokage and above can use this option  Is it good enough now? Please give your opinion

maybe 1000 gold per lvl but at 5-15 its so easy to get that
