I think almost everyone who has the seal knows how to get level 2. It's just actually getting it is the difficult part. ;)

Even people without the Seal itself will question. And then they will question where to get the Seal in general.. Which leads to this one kid named Lebis having a really bad day because it will probably go from village to village.

I now see what you meant by it'll take a while for stage 2 Neji... I keep failing now  :smt089 , but I was doing sooo good at first =(
Though I've had about 7 chances at it now in the past week >.>

Hrmm... give me 2 weeks and I should have it (That or I'll be going crazy from failing at it >.>   <.<   >.>)

I was level fourteen with a curse seal oppurtunity and when it all passed, I died! I was apparently "not strong enough"...my sore ass....
