well it is very easy to find people with fake cursed seal because the persons that have it it goes under the orokills and all the fakers have it under their bio.

so that means that Whist has a fake curse seal

And whist might have it and probably does. Not having it under Orochimaru kills DOES NOT mean they don't have it. If they do use the first bio, then it would indeed be under bio.
