The Soul Society  is a town and you could add on to it and same goes for the hollow one. You can add on to the bleach mmorpg to make it more fun to the players  and the others.

I sure that there are alot of stuff you can come up with to add to the game to make it more fun to the players.
You can add weapons to the game that not in the manga and more towns to it  and much more.

weapons? why? a soul slayers is a personal item, what is the use of buying weapons?

hollows have natural weapons, no need to buy such.

stores for hollows are ... useless as they don't need anything.
