You can chose to become a  Soul Reaper or a hollow. If you become a hollow you go around eating souls and soul reapers  and work on becoming the most evil hollow. I you chouse to beacome a Soul Reaper you go around helping pluses and go around killing hol

player vs player directly is not possible (team battles)

and...what would be with shops? hollow don't have such. they have just their empty world.

How about you make it about the Soul Society and the Soul Reapers and  about there job hunthing down hollows and helping plus get to the Soul Society. Make it  when people join the rp they start off as a low level Soul reaper and must work there way up th

also I bet people will complain if they don't have swords that can go to shikai or later on bankai ;) the weapon system is completely different.
