Just in case you don't know, [`c]=center alignment/Back to normal
Either there's an unnecessary [`c] lying around or you have to add [`c] somewhere...

this as a html table, those row width are not fixed.

that's a natural thing somehow to make it become 2 lines, see "in construction"

the size is for all the same, if one column is bigger in ONE row, all others are.

like it should be:
