potential dosent mean current skill and speking of hyuugas i fought hinata today a few times and she didnt use her byakuguan so it was like a normal fight before jutsus were added

Also....why doesn't Hanabi have Byakugan as well as the other Hyuuga clan members? If I recall correctly, Hinata's father said that Hanabi had more potential than she did.

We havent seen what kind of techniques hanabi uses to fight =]
she might use Kaiten, or Jyuuken or even hinata/neji's special moves

Well, im still an acad and i have not seen a huge attack like you said, of course can be read that they are using byakugan, but maybe its according your lvl, so is different for everyone...

well... like i said im still an acad and really dont know if they will start using those powerfull skills very soon... *shivers* i hope they wont (lol =]  :D)

there is no before and after.

1 round is 1 round.

attack/defense are carried out the same time.
same for used jutsus.

I know I seem to be beating the same dead horse over and over again . . . but . . .

If that is the case, then what about for regular players? 

If I PvP someone, and they hit me for more than my HP the first hit, I do NOT get an option to get a hit in.  It makes sense, because I am dead.

If I plunder someone's dwelling (an instance where I can use jutsu) and I try to attack, they riposte for more than my HP, I do not get a chance to attack.  Again, it makes sense because I am dead.

Why in those scenarios does it calculate correctly but in the forest it does not?

The difference is because in your two examples YOU are DEAD!

Think of it as a price to pay for ambushing someone & trying to kill them.  ;)

Besides, the new system isn't too bad at all. I kinda like the less flawless fights...hundreds of turns a day are not good on my fingers & toes... :roll:
