Missing Chakra

This seems to be happening frequently for me, I thought it might be one of the Hyuugas in the forest, but after today it can't have been that. Okay, so here is the deal. I had been fighting in the forest and was left with 2 Chakra points. I had run into Hiashi, not sure if he steals Chakra or not, but anyway after I had beat him I had gotten enough to get to level 7. So I fought my master and got to 7, ready to fight a specific person (Not sure if it's spoilers for those who haven't fought him) and when I started the fight I had no Chakra. Okay, even if Hiashi does take some, I should still have had 1 Chakra point from the level up, right?

The chakra drain carries over, so if I had -14 points then I would have to get 14 more chakra points back before getting 1 chakra point to use.
Not sure if it carries over to the next day though

I thought it was only Neji and Hinata that drain Chakra. I mean, Hiashi does Kaiten (I think thats the name) I didn't know that took Chakra.

I think they take away too much chakra... i mean , they take ALL your chakra quickly  :( , i think it should be balanced, atleast not 100% chances of loosing chakra.

ok, no big deal.

after getting hit by a jutsu, there won't be a flawless fight. I think that fixes it up.
