Neji,

I'm finally starting to peice together some of the parts of rasengan! I think, that is if you have been going by the series if not then I could be completley off. I have been studying rasengan and I think i'm finally starting to get it. By no means am I close though I don't even know where to begin!

most have the things, but have no clue what to do where.

it is not hidden but will pop up automatically.

then, random chance should operate in your favour.

ps: to begin training, you don't even need the three items ;)
