Buff Bug?

I can't really remember right now, but I think my alt, whose is a genin, got a 28 point defense boost/buff. Is that a bug? That seems a very high buff to get for a genin. Neji, can you please look into this?

If I don't know where that buff could of come from then yes, this topic is a waste of time, I will lock it down. This was me just letting you know that there could be a bug, but I don't know what I clicked for that buff to appear.
