When people sell their dwellings, do they get to pick what price, or what? Cause... I just found a cityhouse for 6 gold and 0 gems. I bought it quick, but I'm wondering if that is even possible or if some kind of mess-up happened here.

ctually some city houses get sold enough times to love all gold and gem value...

sell- price goes down - sell again price goes down more

So I just got crazy lucky, and I'm not gonna get my cityhouse erased or something due to it being a bug?
I don't want to start giving out keys and/or putting stuff in the coffers until I'm sure I get to keep the house.

I think that happens when a dwelling is abandoned.
Ex: When a player reaches the max inactive day and his char gets deleted.
The dwelling he owns will be sold for a cheap price. Of course, that is just my
theory.
Anyway, I got a cheap castle.
