I was thinking that you can only use a certain kekei genkai if you are from a certain village. Like people in the fire country will be able to use the uchiha bloodline and hyuuga bloodline and others from that village. The sand could have a puppet thing and maybe sand wielding. The rice could have bone wileding and many more. Then water could have haku's and others.

I think that would make Kekei Genkai more unique from jutsus.

What does everyone think?
