Because of a few reasons.
One, England is close to Ireland, which means CHEAPER BEER, due to the Irishman discount (me).
Two, when we get so drunk we can't tell our butts from our elbows, we can rent a TANK!

If it is at England im gonna have a tough time getting there.Plus it was kind of tough getting to Scotland.But if i could convince my parents to pay for the trip i would definitely go to England.
