i dont knwo but some of them are hard to read not the brightness but some are 2 dark liek theres someone named soul reaper henrynara he has dark blue but its hard to read (off topic: what is the number/symbol to get the dark grey letters?)

change your skin to ailean it makes it really easy to read any colors

I agree that dark blue is difficult to read en masse, but most people like the variety of colors. ; You'll get used to 'em.
