New Features Board

Are regular forum members not allowed to make a new topic in the New Features Board?

These three are the only options I see...Mark Topics as Read for this Board, Notify of replies, and Post new poll.

I am guessing no as there is no option to do so anymore.

new features is only for me to make new topics.
