Isn't it just one of those tricky ones.

Saying that if someone insults, they can only be temporarily banned, and not permanently banned.

But Neji has the power to permanently ban someone, and can take it more far than a temporary ban...

So of course, it would be a false statement.

"General: Insulting someone will only cause a temporary punishment."

More understandable and is the same as what it was previously.

But in the weapon shop (Hokage ranked?) there's a Wodden Kunai? (Level four weapon)

What the hell does wodden mean? >>

I keep thinking it's supposed to be like.. wooden or something.

I used a specialty elixir in a forest fight... This seems like a text issue or am I missing something? >.>

You drink from the elixir and...
You gain a level in Suna Ninjutsu. All in all, you have 15 skillpoints with this specialty and 16 all in all!

Nothing happens.
