Ok.. I know this is a late post, and I was too lazy to read more than half the posts to get an idea. But this is how I see it overall, just what makes sense to me:

(some will just be opinion rather than fairness)

Stays:
Dp- all of it, whether DK or spent or referrals, not everyone has the money or the ability to donate. And why should they have to spend another year recovering?
Clans- I just agree
Alignment- should be your choice


Goes:
DK- they're just numbers and the upgrade points will come
dwellings- like is said they can be rebuilt and theres no point.
CS/SST- I know its hard for some people but it is fair (no matter how much i want to keep my CS2)
Mounts/companions- easy
gold/gems- earn, easy
extra hp- gone easy to re-earn
flirt- pointless now anyway with the new system
Hoshi and Stone access- gone is okay, no reimbursement.

*examines his post* Yeah really the only things that should really stay are your DP as it is, and your clans. I really think resetting your alignment should be an option not necessary or denied.

***Ah, and a completely new subject as I see it, we should get to keep the same diverse Jutsu specializations, not have to restart with only Tai and Gen as options.

not really, we'd still get our butts handed to us in a couple hits.
It'd still be fair, because we earned it, and.. well.. it's just fair.

need I point out that I could completely pwn most enemies that are in thrillseeking/ suicidally in one or two turns because of one cheap jutsu?

I'm perfectly fine with starting out with taijutsu / genjutsu

sharingan has 1 tomoe at first, but each oro kill you get one more.
don't mind, the difference is not that high...


sharingan is bad...believe me. hyuuga has only one real release... the rest simply makes stuff stronger. but they have the attack justus.
sharingan has not. sharingan has 5 (!) additional Katon uses each oro kill permanently.
also, you lower the enemies defense.

and after your second reset, you have Mangekyou, can use Amaterasu and tsukuyomi. And they really hit.

and that was average damage.

And I hear that you keep DP, Clan position and... something else...
Well, as long as my information is correct, It's all good to get a Kekkei Genkai.

Yes you can upgrade them all which would be 10 resets but thatsd take soooooo many oro kills.
Neji if i donate a rather large sum of money can you save me the trouble and just upgrade me Sharingan? hahahaha jk thatd never happen
