Would Deidara's Clay ninjutsu be considered a Kekkei Genkai?  You need the special hands to perform the ninjutsu right.  The hands could only be received by having a kekkei genkai.

More likely the hands are a Secret Technique, like Kidoumaru's extra arms and Kumonenkin abilities.

How about that star power thing in the naruto filler? I was thinking that would also be a possible Kekkei Genkai, or something similar to that.

And is it possible to change your name if you get a genkai, because I saw a few people suggest that but I can't find where it has been answered. (Search button only gives me changing names in general, not if you get genkai)

actually czarguy and me but mostly czarguy are coming up with a thread for that KG.But im pretty sure that is some kind of KG and not a secret technique

2 kekkei genkai should not happen =/ and its even harder to do because of genetics and such: mom: blue eyes father: brown eyes and only VERY rarely do the children have both parents eyes or hair color

I thinkt that if you want to limit the KG then you should first define wich 1's are actually really Kg and not secret tecniques then after knowing wich ones are wich then come up with a solution but that's just my way of looking at it

And on a side note i think that if you were to implement Rin'Negan you should take into consideration that with it you would be able to master each and every elemental jutsu as it was stated in the manga and with it since you are about to posses other bodies there could also be the posibility to eventually have all the Kg's  what you all of you think

well after you get 2 KG's you have to get twice as many oro kills before you can reset to make it longer.
