What do you mean by calculate? Like how much damage will the jutsu do on an average basis?

I think it the average damage it does is equal to (#of dks + 10ish) about 5 to 6 times per round....and that lasts for 4 rounds..

Also, right now its overpowered because Level 1 Hyouton was removed, so Tsubame fubuki only costs 3 chakra, but its normally supposed to cost 6 points

I'm guessing attack does anything that does damage, though ._. other stats increase the attack/defense/speed .-.

no, I'm guessing that attack only means the regular attacks... cause why would strength be related to jutsus?

I don't think the damage of the jutsu changed after the stats were introduced...so I don't think its related to the stats...isn't the formula something like this:

the damage changes from level to level so it's wrong
