i just looked at the dates and the guy can't sue for the PS3 or Wii remotes because they were released over 10 years after the date of the patent

did you check patent expiration? and remember, if they were manufactured BEFORE the date they can sue

and besides, didnt bill gates like, make the system microsoft uses for its interface of the drag and drop? i remember my english teacher saying something bout it, but i was too busy talking >>;

well Sony did just get out of a lawsuit with the rumblepack technology in it's controllers.Plus microsoft was sued on the charges that the 360 scratched some person's game disks.

The sixaxis controller and the blue-ray remote aren't as important to Sony as Wiimote is to Nintendo.

You can play a PS3 without them...but can you play a Wiii without a Wiimote?
