Summoning Justu

I was wondering could summoning justu be put in at all.  I was thinking about an event that meets with the pervysage. So you can summon mounts you have earned for some chakra points, keeping your current mount.

i will make the event, ect up when i get back home.*

already exists.

this is what I call "mount replacement" and which was scheduled a year ago.

progress has been made, but we are sticking with the current system for now.

however, I have the plans ready.
