Okay, here are the rules.

1. No godmodding
2. No auto killing (unless its like a boar or somthing use common sense )
3. I am letting a max of 12 players in. (4 squads of 3 members each.)
4. No being a squad leader (Jonin) without my permission first.
5. Choose any character or feel free to make one.
6. All characters have chakra and health. (Acadamey Students 100 of each. Genin  200 of each. Chunin 300 of each. Jonin 400 of each. Anbu 500 of each.)
7. I and the GMs I promote are the only ones allowed to make a promotion. (From acadamey to genin etc etc.) Exept only I am allowed to promote Jonin to Anbu.
8. Please make a list of the jutsu your character has. (if using on like Suaske list 2 or 3 of his own then feel free to add 1 or 2 of your own choosing. Max of 6 jutsu min of 3) They must have realistic chakra usage. (Like a chidori wouldn't use 1 chakra and a substiution wouldnt you 300.)
9. Follow all forum rules and play nice.
10. Enjoy the roleplay and have fun.

a "Suaske" is a character in naruto. A "sharringon" is a bloodline trait that allows the user to see attacks before they happen and therefore can also copy the jutsu there opponent use. (Sharringon is specifly for the Uchia clan only)
and a "Kunia" is a type of ninja weaonry that is very sharp and in somewhat of a triangular shape with a straight hild and a cirl at the end. It is made of either iron or steel.

The bloodline limit is called Sharingan, which is a trait by the Uchiha clan.
And the weapon is called a kunai.
