I almost never run into him... After almost 3 oro kills, ive only ran into him twice

With tau, 2-4 times each real day. With Jagger about 5 times each real day.

when im lucky(ehem >.>)i get 2 times/game day.when im REALLY REALLY LUCKY,i only run into him once in 1 rl day

i wont give any spoilers, but when i run into him, lets just say i have never had the requirements for any options until now when i ran into the paddler and spent 40 gems on _____.
