Poison is an invaluable tool for a Ninja that want´s to take somebody out, so I guess adding the option to use poison in battle would be a good Idea . Here are some examples how this might work out:

What about a "Detoxification" skill instead? The high level you are the high success chance of curing the poisoned person (versus the type of low or high lvl poison.)

Hm.

no enemy or player will poison you...
a) teams will start to poison one guy and he never gets up
b) technics... performance...


yet as loot items... why not.
yet NO item will give you 4 times your use points =)

the only thing is that it would be hard to increase the cost as there is no interface  to do so, I would simply cut the use points in half...

Well, that would be another way to realize it, and it would actually make sense if you ask me. Imagine youre getting hit by a poison Dart containing Chakra- disturbing Poison. As the Poison becomes active, you feel the Chakra you´ve charged before fading
