Language in Naruto?

Does anyone know what specific dialect of Japanese they use?
Specifically, what language does the justu names come from?

The justu names come from something called Sino-Japanese or Kango (漢語).  In Japanese this refers to that portion of the Japanese vocabulary that originated in the Chinese language or has been created from elements borrowed from Chinese. Hope that helps.
